Skill Upgrading Training (SUT) is upgrading the related skills or increasing the capacity of the manpower who have been working in the industry for years through training. Through skill upgradation, training will be provided to the manpower working in the industry on the basis of the daily products produced in the necessary skills and new technologies it uses. Based on the skills required in the daily production process of the industry, identify the capabilities of the working manpower this training will provide them with additional skills. Skill Development Unit, Industry Association Morang (CIM) identifies the necessary skills of the working manpower and provides skill training to its member industries, and this type of training is conducted through training provider organizations with the support of ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal.
